At Packnox, we understand that timely delivery is important for your business. We are committed to processing and shipping your custom packaging orders as efficiently as possible.

Production & Processing Time

All Packnox packaging products are made-to-order.

Standard Production Time: 5–8 business days after final artwork approval

Rush Production: Available upon request (additional charges may apply)

Production begins only after artwork approval and full payment confirmation.

Once completed, orders are carefully packed and handed over to the selected shipping carrier.

Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options depending on your location and order size, including:

Standard Ground Shipping

Express & Expedited Shipping (additional cost)

Freight Shipping for bulk orders

Shipping timelines vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the courier service.

Shipping Delays

Packnox is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any delivery date provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the courier company, Packnox is not liable for:

Shipping delays

Lost packages

Damaged goods during transit

Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the courier service when necessary.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date so we can guide you through the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Packnox is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
