Refund policy

At Packnox, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every order is custom-made according to your specific requirements. Because our products are personalized and manufactured upon request, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the customized nature of our packaging products, we do not offer refunds or returns on:

Custom printed or branded packaging boxes

Orders that have been approved for production

Products manufactured using customer-supplied artwork

Orders produced according to approved size, material, and finishing specifications

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds & Replacements (When Applicable)

A refund, partial refund, or free reprint may be offered only in the following cases:

There is a clear manufacturing error

The final product differs from the approved artwork or confirmed specifications

All issues must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.

A clear description of the issue

Clear photos showing the defect or error

Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Shipping Damage Disclaimer

Packnox is not responsible for damage caused during transit by courier services. Customers may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. However, we will assist where reasonably possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once:

Artwork is approved

Materials are prepared

Printing has started

The order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Packnox’s liability is limited to the total value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
