Return & Refund Policy – Packnox

At Packnox, all our packaging is custom made to order based on your requirements. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.

However, your satisfaction matters to us:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3–5 days of
delivery with photos.

If there is a printing or manufacturing error from our side, we will reprint or replace your order at no extra cost.

Slight variations in color or material may occur due to screen and production differences and are not considered defects.

We recommend reviewing all artwork and order details carefully before final approval to ensure everything is exactly as you want.
